Zoe Warner is a Broken Ridge Colorado High School Graduate Musician part of the pact of concealing Patrick Davis' death in I'll Always Know What You Did Last Summer portrayed by Torrey DeVitto.

Zoe was a graduating Broken Ridge Colorado Student and best friend of Amber Williams.
She was the friend affiliate of Amber's boyfriend Colby Patterson and close friend of P.J Davis and Broken Heights Roger.
She on 4th of July 2005 along with Amber and Colby entertained two friends on the legend of Benjamin Willis before planning to have friend Roger dressed in the common outfit of the mythological fisherman attack the group

- Alessandra Torresani was originally meant to play Zoe but after backing out Torrey DeVitto was given the role.
- Zoe's character represents as new female protagonist Amber Williams' best friend and seeing as she is the only other female involved in the P.J's 4th of July death secret she is a partial equivalent character of the original I Know What You Did Last Summer's Helen Shivers character.
