He is the son of Benjamin Willis the original fisherman killer of the first three summers and brother to the car crash dead Susie and accidentally dead William.

Benjamin Willis Junior is known by the name Walter Nasley throughout the film whom was the original Shiver's Store Occupant who had bought the store from Helen Shiver's father after he had moved from Southport in 2008.
He had killed the original occupant Walter and took his identity as well as the quaint little fishing supplies shop.
His father had died following his murder of Amber Williams on July 4th 2006 killed by Lance.
He come 2010 had planned up the revenge against Julie James and Ray Bronson whom had been involved in the original hit with his father in 1997 and the death of his younger brother William Willis in 1998 at Tower Bay The Bahamas.
He came to Melissa "Missy" Egan whom's brother had been involved in the death of his younger sister Susan and lied to her convincing her that Julie James and Ray Bronson of Southport whom she had met were indeed behind the death of her brother which she had originally believed to be a suicide.
Melissa believing it out of remembering Julie confronting once before claiming to have hit him joined with in an intricate revenge plot where she would kill them as revenge as he lies and claims they deliberatley murdered him.
Benjamin Willis Jr. had set up a revenge scheme beyond simply that of Julie or Ray as he also planned to take out the woman whom had resulted in his sister Susan getting in the fateful car ride with David Egan whom had an affair with the father and planned to take out the four youths whom had done the same thing to him as done to his father in 1997 by Julie and Ray, Helen Shivers and Barry Cox.
